Church near you, we encourage you to find a good Bible believing church
that you and your family can attend, with a Sunday school if you have children.
It is our hope that you will find a good church.
Saint Matthew’s Churches believe that the Bible is the Word of God (St.
Luke 11:28, 24:32,45, Hebrews 4:12). If you cannot get to a St
Matthew’s Church, then find a good church, there in your city and
community, but just make certain that the church you join preaches and
believes the Holy Bible. Here at Saint Matthew’s, the King James Version
of the Holy Bible is our first choice.
Our churches teach and preach that we should attend church each Sunday and
worship God by studying the Holy Bible as our guide into everlasting
life (St. Luke 4:4, 11:28, Romans 10:17, Ephesians 6:17, I Thessalonians
2:13). We will send to you free, study, church material if you just
write and request it.
We believe that God created this world in six days and rested on the
seventh day (Genesis, Chapter 1 and 2:1-3). These subjects will be
taught at Saint Matthew’s Churches in upcoming Bible study courses,
which are offered free of charge.
We believe in praying for those who are sick in their bodies. “Is any sick
among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray
over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.” James 5:14.
We believe in divine healing, and we believe in medical doctors, rest,
love as well as other modalities of healings. It is our belief that they
are all from God.
Saint Matthew’s Churches serve Holy Communion, the Lord’s Supper, in
every one of our worship services, and believe that is important to your
spiritual growth (St. Matthew 26:26-28).
For four months, twice each year, Saint Matthew’s Churches has twenty-eight
volunteers who teach more than 300 children (students) the holiness of
receiving the Eucharist, the Lord’s Last Supper (St. Matthew 26:26-28).
The children study four hours each Saturday in their designated
classrooms. St Matthew’s reaches out to the children. They are the
future of the church and the world.
Our churches perform many weddings throughout each year. As a church, we
require each couple to attend marriage-counseling classes prior to their
wedding. The sacredness of taking the marriage vows before God are
taught in these classes (St. Matthew 19:6). We believe that St Matthew’s Churches conducts more weddings, baptisms, English and Spanish
classes, and Quinceañeras than any church organization we know of in the
United States. |
